Stephanie currently runs the CrossFit Kids program at CFP as well as coaching regular adult classes. Coming from no fitness background whatsoever, she has been a stay-at-home mom since her first son was born in 2005. In 2015, she was talked into trying out the introductory course at CrossFit Penance - and she was terrified. Over-weight, shy, and very scared, she walked in and never looked back. About a year later, Clint had an opening for a coach and she jumped at the chance. She learned all she could from Clint (she literally followed him around for hours), she took her L-1 certification in August 2016 and started coaching. Two years later, she noticed her son and the children of other members showing a strong interest in CrossFit. She wanted to help local youth have a strong foundation in physical fitness and healthy eating habits, so she pursued her certification in CrossFit Kids. Stephanie loves all her CFP members and strives to help them become the best they can be. When she's not in the gym, she can be found homeschooling her two boys, learning the life of a backyard farmer, reading and traveling.
