Rachel is our Ignite Fitness Instructor for all beginners here at CFP. She has been working out since her and her husband Clint started dating in 2006. They both became personal trainers and were hired at a local gym. While he ran athlete strength and conditioning programs and acquired personal training clients, she ran a small bootcamp. After outgrowing the local gym, they found their own location and started more classes. CrossFit was becoming all the talk, and she tried a couple of workouts from the main site with her husband and loved it. She has been doing CrossFit workouts since they became affiliated in 2014. She earned her L1 certification in June 2018. When she isn't at the gym, Rachel likes to kayak, swim and play outside with her family. Living on a farm, she enjoys taking care of her yard and working on their house.
