We have expanded our Ignite Fitness program. Our class times are now at 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each class runs for 30 minutes and includes warm-up and workout in a small group environment. All of our classes are instructor-led. No member is ever left wondering what to do next.
The movements include light-weight and body-weight exercises and are meant to be an intro into fitness.
